- Maximum of 8 participants, and a minimum of 2
- Children MUST be a minimum of 5 years old to participate, and they must be accompanied by a paying and participating adult or guardian over the age of 18. Prams are not allowed
- You must sign-in at our admissions front desk at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your experience
- Limited accessibility- please reach out to experiences@melbourneaquarium.com.au if you have mobility requirements
- Guests must be physically able to navigate multiple steps to participate in this experience
- Photos are not permitted during the tour
- Must wear closed toe shoes
- Must book in advance, as experiences are subject to availability
- Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not for resale
- Late arrival or failure to attend will result in non-admittance and will forfeit the experience and all money paid. Rescheduling must be made 7 days prior to the experience and will incur a $25 rescheduling fee per person
